Hitachi global service has started a remote monitoring technology support service in order to support efficient operation, timely maintenance and expeditions response times.

The remote monitoring diagnostic service will support the operation and maintenance plant of each plant.

This service proposal is base on a plant evaluation by a real-time monitoring.
